Is the USD 2.10 booking fee refundable?
The booking fee covers the platform service of connecting you with a verified worker. Refund requests are handled case-by-case — contact support if a worker fails to deliver.

Can I be both a worker and a customer?
Currently each account has one role selected during onboarding. You can create a second account with a different email if you need both roles.
